New Way to Access Nomos One (16 January 2025)

Security of your data is Nomos One’s highest priority. That’s why we’re making changes so it’s easier, simpler and more secure for you to access our products.

In a few weeks, we’re rolling out updates to our existing Single Sign-On (SSO) framework. SSO enhances cybersecurity by allowing your organisation to manage how you log on to multiple systems (internal or external).

For your Nomos One account, this connects Nomos One to your organisation’s cybersecurity controls, which helps reduce the number of logins and passwords you have to remember while providing greater security for everyone. 

What does this mean for you?

While you don’t access Nomos One using an SSO connection today,

  1. We’d love to help you set up this simple connection after the rollout, just email us at support@nomosone.com to get your SSO connection setup, and
  2. There will be some minor changes for you to ensure you can still easily access our products.

After the rollout, there will be two key things to note:

  1. You’ll notice a new login page.

  1. Before you login for the first time, you’ll need to reset your password. Enter your email on the new login page, click “Continue” and then click “Forgot Password?”. After clicking “Continue” again, you will be sent an email with a unique code. Enter that code, choose a new password and you’re all set!

Note: This change is part of Nomos One's ongoing commitment to the security and integrity of your data. Resetting your password now will ensure all users are covered by our robust security controls.

That’s it! Nomos One and OneLease are now simpler for you to use.

Great news! Our Single Sign-On (SSO) rollout is now complete, bringing you a simpler, more secure way to access Nomos One.

What's different?

Now that the SSO rollout is complete, you will notice a few significant changes:

  • New Login Page. You’ll see an updated login screen when accessing Nomos One.
  • Password Reset (Non-SSO Users). The first time you log in, you’ll need to reset your password. Enter your email, click "Continue," select "Forgot Password?", and follow the steps.
  • Using SSO? If your organisation is set up with SSO, it has been reconfigured so you shouldn’t notice any change in access. However if you do, please contact our Support team at support@nomosone.com.
