Happy Holidays from Nomos One

As this year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to wish you a happy holiday period. It has been a big year, and we appreciate your support throughout.

With that in mind, please note that our wider company will be taking a well-deserved break from December 24th to January 12th. 

Our Support Team will be available at reduced capacity on December 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, and 31st, and January 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th. Please note that due to this reduced capacity, it may take longer than usual for us to respond. The other dates during the holiday period are weekends or New Zealand public holidays, therefore, our team will not be available on those dates.

OneLease Reporting Improvements

Keep an eye out for upcoming improvements to your reporting experience! Our team has been working to improve the speed of generating and downloading large Agreement Balances reports.

This work builds upon improvements to reports that you may have noticed already, having been released over the last few months. These include:

• Confirmation that a download is in progress, on all OneLease reports (except UPR)
• Improved reliability of downloading - if it can be generated, it can be downloaded
• Agreement Balances reports will continue to run if user moves to new browser tab
