New and Improved Daily Calculation Report
With year-end approaching, we appreciate that the accounting teams in most businesses are getting ready for the complex and time-consuming audit process while also managing the daily & monthly accounting tasks. As the Daily Calculation Report provides the breakdown of movements by lease on a day-to-day basis, we understand it’s an important tool for users as part of the accounting review process prior to the year-end and during the auditing process. Based on your feedback, we have implemented some improvements in the Daily Calculation Report which include the following.
- Aligning the cost ROUA value and the book ROUA value for changes in expiry.
- Excluding variable lease payments under the payment series.
- Ensuring the ROUA depreciation is calculated up to the estimated end date of the useful life of the asset.
