We are excited to let you know that we have some upcoming changes planned for the Nomos One Knowledge Base – our online education platform. We use the Knowledge Base to share information, instructions, and helpful tips to improve your experience with Nomos One and OneLease.
The planned changes include more direct category and article names, additional context, and improved keywords. To keep the Knowledge Base clear and cohesive, we will also be updating the URLs of most articles.
We plan to implement these changes on Monday, November 24th, between the hours of 7am and 11am NZST. Given that New Zealand is first to see the sun, we plan for our updates to be complete before you start your work week. The Knowledge Base website will still be available during this time, however, you may experience faulty links and dead ends before we have finished implementing all the changes.
Once the changes have been made, we will be in touch to provide a list of all new article URLs, so you can easily bookmark the articles you use regularly.

We are consistently looking for ways to improve your experience with Nomos One. As a result, we have recently made some changes to our Knowledge Base - our online education platform. We use it to share knowledge, information, and helpful tips with you, our valued customers. These changes will streamline your use of our Knowledge Base by providing extra context and improving the search functionality.
Here’s what you can expect to see:
- A clearer Home Page, simply displaying our Nomos One and OneLease categories, and a list of popular articles.
- Renamed subcategories, with added descriptions to provide a preview of the helpful information you’ll find inside.
- Renamed articles, with new and improved keywords at the bottom of each article. Keywords are the central factor in the platform’s search functionality, so we have altered these to better reflect search trends.
Please note that if you have any articles bookmarked, the changes we’ve made may have required we set up a new URL for those articles. Make sure to find the relevant articles in the Knowledge Base, so you can bookmark them again using the correct link. Here are links to our most popular articles – make sure to bookmark them if you use them regularly:
