Limitations and Known Issues with the OneLease (Beta) Features and Functionality

Please note: As these features are currently in Beta mode and undergoing final testing before the official release, the functionality may be subject to minor errors. This article describes the known issues or limitations you may experience when using the OneLease (Beta) Reports. These known issues are in the process of being addressed and will be updated as soon as possible.

Limitations

Journal Report

  • With IFRS 16 Exempt Agreements (Short Term or Low Value), we currently offer limited functionality in filtering Short Term or Low Value journals 

Disclosure Report

  • With IFRS 16 Exempt Agreements (Short Term or Low Value), we currently offer limited functionality in filtering Short Term or Low Value entries

Financial Statements Report 

  • With IFRS 16 Exempt Agreements (Short Term or Low Value), we currently offer limited functionality in filtering Short Term or Low Value entries

Known Issues

All Reports

  • When applying a Filter Group to generate Financial Reports, there is a risk of specific agreements not being included in the report
  • If SSO is used to log into Nomos One, the OneLease (Beta) Reports can't be accessed

Journal Report 

  • When a lease is extended after the Expiry Date of the Agreement, a reversal journal for the old expiry is present
  • When a new Surrender event is created on the Expiry date of an Agreement, a reversal journal for the old Expiry is present
  • If a Make Good occurs before transition, an additional incorrect journal is present

Disclosure Report

  • There is a variance between the Lease Liability split on the Current/Non Current and Journal Report due to the current calculation method in the Disclosure Report being set to Net Present Value

Financial Statements Report

  • When a lease is extended after the Expiry Date of the Agreement, a reversal for the old expiry is present
  • Payments added after the Expiry date of an Agreement are incorrectly being included through the balance sheet of the financial statements report
