In this article, we're showing you how you can alter the scope of your reporting by using the Selected Agreements or Filter Groups features.

Filtering by Selected Agreements

  1. At the Select Agreements step, click on the drop down bar and click “Selected Agreements”.

  1. Click on the “Enter Agreement ID / Known As” field and start typing either the Agreement ID or Known As of the Agreement you'd like to report on. When you see the desired Agreement appear, click on it. The Agreement will be added to your reporting parameters.

  1. You can continue to type in as many Agreement identifiers as you need until all Agreements you'd like to report on are added.

Accidentally added an Agreement you don't need? Simply click the X button next to it to remove it from your report.

  1. Continue through the other required selections and run your report. You should only see the Selected Agreements included in your report.

Using Filter Groups

  1. At the Select Agreements step, click on the drop down bar and click “Filter Groups”.

  1. Click on the “Select Filter” drop down bar.

This will reveal the following Filter Groups: Asset Class, Agreement Type, Lease Classification, and Currency.

For each Filter Group, the selections available will reflect what exists in your Organisation. For example, if your Organisation only uses the AUD currency, you'll only see the AUD currency available to select under the Currency Filter Group.

  1. Scroll through the Filter Groups list and select one to apply to your report.

  1. Continue through the other required selections and generate your report. You should only see Agreements within the Filter included in your Report.

What's different about the OneLease functionality?

Besides our new Filters, there's a couple of extra changes to be aware of when using OneLease's Filtering functionality:

  • The way we filter is now the same across all Reports.
  • Asset Classes are now captured as a Filter, so make sure to Filter by these, if you would like to report on them.
