In this article we're giving you an overview of OneLease, including what has been released to date and what functionality you can use. We've got several updates and improvements planned for OneLease, so stay tuned!
What is OneLease?
OneLease is the future of Nomos One, designed to solve customers' needs and enhance user experience. We've created OneLease with our customers in mind. The OneLease platform is accessible from within, but separate from, the Nomos One platform.
We'll be releasing several updates and improvements to OneLease in the future - each one striving to enhance your experience using the product. You can, if you want, help shape this process by sharing your feedback with us. Please feel free to hit our Feedback button to the right of your browser if you have any suggested enhancements, notice any issues, or want to let our Developers know they've done a great job. Should you see any bugs, glitches, or lack of functionality in your reports, please contact our Support Team (support@nomosone.com), who will be more than happy to assist.
What's available in OneLease right now?
So far in OneLease, we've been focusing on the IFRS 16 reporting suite. Currently we've released the following IFRS 16 Reports:
- Agreement Balances Report
- Journal Report
- Disclosure Report
- Financial Statements Report
- Interest Rates Summary Report
- IFRS 16 Settings Report

Please note: The calculation engine behind the system has not changed, so the calculations in the OneLease Reports and the IFRS 16 Reports available in Nomos One are the same.
Aside from the IFRS 16 Reports that were available in the current platform, we've introduced multiple unique reports and features. You can find detailed articles on how to use each of the reports on our Knowledge Base.
Agreement Balances Report

Interest Rates Summary Report
We have also introduced the Interest Rates Summary Report, exclusive to OneLease. This report shows you key information about Interest Rates applied to your Agreements, including the initial rate, current rate, and the rate immediately preceding that.

IFRS Settings Report
The IFRS Settings Report is specifically designed to easily show the IFRS 16 judgements made across your Agreements. The Report will show data from the Initial IFRS 16 Questionnaire, as well as changes that have been made through the IFRS 16 Settings Change Questionnaire.

Universal Payment Report
The Universal Payment Report has been built to produce transactional payment data in a format that can be easily read by accounting software. The report, which is highly customisable, pulls payment information from your Agreements, including IFRS Component and Non IFRS Component Payments. Learn more about the report using our overview article.

Expanded Download options
We've introduced the ability to download your Reports into Excel format as well as CSV. In the Disclosure and Financial Statements Reports, you can download information for multiple currencies in the format that best suits you. Check out this article to learn how to do so.

Save Report as a Preset
Saving your report configuration as a Preset is available across all the IFRS 16 Reports in OneLease. This allows you to save time preparing all the reports you need. Check out our guidance on setting up Presets here.

Email me my reports
If your report takes longer than 3 seconds to generate, you will see the “Email Me” button appear. You can click this button to prompt the system to email you when the report has finished generating, allowing you to navigate away or close the tab, while the report still runs in the background. Check out our article on the feature.

Report Scheduling
With our Report Scheduling feature, you can schedule reports to be generated and sent in the future, reducing the need for manual monthly, quarterly, or yearly reporting. Check out this article for information on how you can use the feature to streamline your reporting processes.
