OneLease Domain Whitelisting

We are reaching out to emphasise the importance of subdomain whitelisting, in order to access all the necessary OneLease reports without disruption.

A couple of users have experienced difficulties in downloading reports, which has been linked to their organisation's cybersecurity settings around subdomain access. We recommend reviewing your security settings to allow our trusted subdomains and to discuss it with your IT team if need be.

For more information on this topic, check out our Knowledge Base article

Whitelisting is a cybersecurity strategy that approves a list of email addresses, IP addresses, domain names or applications, while denying all others. IT administrators use a whitelist as a quick and easy way to help safeguard computers and networks from potentially harmful threats on local networks or across the internet.

A subdomain is like a smaller section of a website. Think of a website like a house -  the main website is the house and a subdomain is a specific room inside it.

Whitelisting means giving permission or saying "yes, this is trusted".

When your IT team whitelist a subdomain, they are telling a system, app, or website: “Hey, this specific part of the website is safe. You are allowed to talk to it, access it, or download content from it.”

Your organisation’s whitelisting helps protect users and systems from untrusted sources. To ensure that you can access the OneLease platform and its specific sections, your organisation needs to include Nomos One subdomains in the whitelist process.

Refer to the linked Knowledge Base article above for details of the Nomos One subdomains. It’s important to check this list to ensure your organisation’s whitelist is up-to-date.

We appreciate your attention to this and are here to help if you need further guidance. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us via email (support@nomosone.com) or phone:
