We understand the importance of keeping you informed about the security of our services, and we want to address recent concerns regarding the Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway vulnerability. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure environment, we promptly investigated the Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway vulnerabilities.
We are pleased to inform you that after a thorough assessment, our team has confirmed that our environment is not affected by these vulnerabilities. Specifically, the vulnerabilities in Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway could allow an attacker to take control of an affected system.
However, our team has confirmed that we are not using any of the affected solutions within our infrastructure. We want to assure you that your security and trust are of paramount importance to us. We continue to prioritise safeguarding your data.
