News from Nomos One

In our August newsletter, we are pleased to share some useful resources to help support your lease management and lease accounting workflows.

Recent Release: Universal Payment Report

If you missed our July newsletter, you may not be aware that we recently released our Universal Payment Report to all customers. The report presents payment information in a convenient, accessible format, and is highly customisable.

To learn more about the report, check out this short overview video, or visit our Knowledge Base resources for the report for written articles and detailed video resources.

For more information on the Universal Payment Report, please reach out to our Support Team or your Account Manager.

Networking Updates & Event Invite

Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting an event in Auckland with some of our customers and industry professionals. The evening was filled with great conversations, valuable insights, and opportunities to connect with others navigating lease accounting and lease management challenges. Thank you to everyone who joined us.

We're hosting a similarly exciting drinks and nibbles event in Te Aro, Wellington on Thursday 27th August. To learn more about the event and register your interest, email our friendly team at sales@nomosone.com.

Record Rent Review Floor & Cap

If your agreement contract states that, in a future rent review, rent must increase by at least certain amount or must not increase by more than a certain amount, it's important to record this in Nomos One. To learn how to record these details, check out this article. To understand how the floor and cap can impact IFRS 16 balances, refer to this guide

Record Unscheduled Rent Change

Has your rent changed outside of a regular scheduled rent review? Whether it's an independent change, or aligns with an existing scheduled event, it's important to record these changes to ensure your Agreement produces accurate information in reports. To learn how to record a variation to your rent amount, check out this article.
