Password Set Up: Signing In to Nomos One as a New User

If you have been added to a Nomos One Organisation for the first time, you will receive an email inviting you to set up a password that you will then use to log in to Nomos One. If you cannot find the email in your regular inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. 

When signing in to Nomos One for the first time, you will need to use the Forgot Password button to create a password.

  1. Click on the Forgot your password? button

  1.  Type in your email address in all lower case characters, then click Reset my password

Please ensure you are typing your email in all lower case characters. If you type in your email and it contains an upper case character, this will cause an error and you won't be able to reset your password. 

E.g. firstlastname@example.com ✅ correct

E.g. FirstLastName@example.com ❌ incorrect

 
  1.  You will be sent an email with a unique code. If you cannot find the email in your regular inbox, make sure to check your spam folder 
  2.  On the sign in page, enter the code, along with the password you want to use to sign into Nomos One, and click Change Password

Clients must ensure all usernames and passwords required to access the Nomos One System are kept secure and confidential. Clients must ensure all Users select their passwords using strong password criteria. Clients must immediately notify Nomos One of any unauthorised use of their password (or any of the Client's Users' passwords), the Nomos One System or the Website, or any other breach of security, and the Client must take all actions that Nomos One reasonably deems necessary. Clients are not to share their passwords with anyone.

Please note that Nomos One will never ask you to tell us your password details via phone, email, writing or in any other circumstances.
