Where to find the IFRS 16 Reports

To access the IFRS 16 reporting suite:

  1. Navigate to the Reports page
  1. Select IFRS 16 Financial Reports

You'll be taken to the Journal Report, but you can easily navigate to the Disclosure or Financial Statements Report by clicking on their respective tab.

You can also access the IFRS 16 reporting suite from the Agreement Overview page of an Agreement by clicking on the reporting shortcuts under Payments & Accounting.

Where to find the Daily Calculation Report

If you want to access the Daily Calculation Report for an Agreement, you'll need to go to the Agreement Overview page of the Agreement, scroll to the Payments & Accounting shortcuts and click on the Daily Calculation Report.

You can read more about accessing and generating the Daily Calculation Report by clicking here.

Generating your IFRS 16 Reports

Before you're able to generate your IFRS 16 Reports, you'll need to wait for all of the Agreements to calculate. This only takes a moment (if your portfolio is small), and you can track the progress of this by looking at the counter above the selection of reports.

This counter shows you the total number of Agreements in your Organisation that have IFRS 16 Settings turned on, and are to be included in your IFRS 16 Reporting.

While this is loading you can navigate between the IFRS 16 Reports, but if you refresh your page, you'll need to wait for all of the Agreements to calculate again.

Reporting Logs

When you generate any of our IFRS 16 Financial Reports, it's always useful to check the reporting Logs. The Logs will show you which of your Agreements have successfully pulled through to the report you've generated, and for any Agreements that don't show up - the reason why.
