Video Tutorial: The Contractual Reporting Suite in Nomos One

Accessing the Reporting Suite

To access the reporting suite in Nomos One, simply click on the Reports tab in your Organisation header:

Contractual Reports

Our Contractual Reports give you access to key leasing information, such as the contracted parties, the leased asset or property, current rent payments, scheduled events (renewals, rent reviews etc) and their dates, and any other contractual information you have entered.

When you generate one of our Contractual Reports, you'll see a real time view of your portfolio based on the status of past and future Events. With the various Reports available, you'll be able to cover all your bases.

Our Contractual Reporting suite includes:

  • Portfolio Reports
  • Property Reports
  • Entity Reports
  • Custom Agreement Report
  • Event Reports

Template and Custom Reports

With our contractual reports, you can generate reports based on a Template, or you can customise your own report from scratch using our Custom reports.

Template Reports are identified in the reporting suite by their specific (and dark grey) titles e.g. Landlord Rent Roll Report, Upcoming Event Report, Activity Report. Upon clicking one of these reports they will generate based on template designed by us, for you.

The Custom Reports are identified in the reporting suite by including the word "custom" at the start of the report name, and by the lighter grey coloured titles E.g. Custom Agreement Report, Custom Property Report, Custom Entity Report. When you generate a Custom Report, these will display generic fields which you can replace, re-organise or add and remove using our customisation features.

For more information on how to run, customise and export these reports, check out our Building a Report article.

Financial Reports

The Financial Reports available in Nomos One are designed to help you report on the key payment information under your Agreement, as well as information required under the IFRS 16 Reporting Standard.

Using the Financial Reporting suite you can:

  • generate a Payments Report (the Payment by Period report)
  • access the IFRS 16 Financial Reports

Check out our Payments by Period Report guide and IFRS 16 Reporting section to learn how to run these reports.
