Our contractual reports are customisable. Use this Article to configure the best Report to run to extract your required data fields.

| Event | The type of Event, e.g., CPI Rent Review | |
| Event Date | The date of the Event | |
| Timeframe |
The current status of the event, e.g., Overdue | |
| Event ID | The unique ID number assigned to the Event | |
| Agreement | The Agreement you created in Nomos One | |
| Agreement ID | The unique ID number assigned to the Agreement | |
| How Created | The way in which the Event was created in the Nomos One system | |
| Docs | The total number of documents added during the Event completion process | |
| User Status | Shows what stage of completion the Event is at | |
| Rent | The total Annual Rent of the Agreement | |
| Tenant(s) | The Tenant is the lessee of the agreement | |
| Landlord(s) | The Landlord is the lessor of the agreement | |
| File Matter Ref | This is the reference(s) added to the File/Matter Reference field in the Settings page. It lists them if there are multiple added | |
| Other Type | The name given to Custom Events upon their creation | |
| Notes | Notes added to the Custom Events upon their creation | |
| Effective Date | This is the Data change date of the event. The data will show at this column if the data change date is different to the event date |
