If you've Bulk Uploaded your basic agreement data into Nomos One, there are a couple of things that you'll need to do to ensure your Agreements are complete and ready for IFRS settings to be applied!
Activate your Agreement and Complete the Commencement Event
Once an Agreement has been bulk uploaded, it will be Inactive in the system. You will need to activate each Agreement to ensure it pulls through to your contractual and IFRS reporting (and so you get notifications and reminders about upcoming event information!)
To Activate your agreement, toggle the Agreement Status bar to read Active.
You'll also need to complete the Commencement Event on the Agreement Timeline. Without completing the Commencement Event, we won't know your Agreement has started, and that payments for it need to pull through to your reports.
Add in any other Agreement Events
Only the initial term for an Agreement can be bulk uploaded, so if you've got any other Agreement Events you need to add, you'll need to add these in manually from the Agreement Timeline by:
- Clicking Action
- Repair Data
This will re-open the Agreement Wizard where you can navigate to the Events Page, and add in any Options to Renew, Rent Reviews, or other events that have happened, or are scheduled to happen.
To ensure your reports display current values for your Rent and other Payments, you'll need to ensure you complete events you've added in that are overdue on the Agreement Timeline. Check out our Event Completion guides to see how to do this for different events.
Add in extra payment lines
If you have other Rent or Payments that were not included in the bulk upload, you'll need to add these in manually by:
- Clicking Action
- Repair Data
This will re-open the Agreement Wizard where you can navigate to the Rent and Payment page and add in any extra payment lines.
